“ I am so excited that El Pollo Loco is finally here in Vallejo! EPL was my first job as a teenager and I have always loved their emphasis on outstanding and worldclass customer services. My visit here on 0316 did not fall short of that mission. My cashier was very kind and professional. She was new and just getting the hang of how to place orders, but she ultimately executed well. Now the food is just so damn delicious! If I could afford it, Id eat here every day lol. I ordered a 16 piece family meal with Mac and cheese, coleslaw and a loco side salad. The Mac and cheese here at EPL is quite underrated. Its cheesy, and delicious! The chicken was cooked to perfection. It was so juicy and fresh. The interior design is impeccable. Its very clean, sleek and new. There were plenty of tables and chairs. I did notice that there was no place in sight for their famous Salsa Bar. I wonder if theyre holding off on that because of COVID, or if its a sign that their Salsa Bar is not coming back. I look forward to becoming a frequent flyer here at this franchise. I hope that management keeps it up and keeps motivating their ESSENTIAL staff to providing world class customer service! Great job and thank you! ”
